If you look at the back for calories you will be shocked. All meals are not saving you. I tried it for two months didn't lose a thing. In the last month I have lost 11 pounds. I have, replaced my soda with water, potato with rice , no red meats...Little smaller plate of food. I didn't exercise , but find I have more energy. Who would have thought, what we are drinking may also be cause for weight gain.

It's really up to you, in the end, whether you try this or not. If you stick to it, it will work. On the other hand, if you watched very carefully your intake of calories and carbohydrates in a day, and exercised in compensation, you would get the same results.
I believe these special diet food programs are a waste of money. They charge a lot for very little. Nothing they do can't be done on your own. All you have to do is research healthy eatting and healthy exercising.

Well it depends. I have a problem with portion control....so lean cuisine works for me. I have eaten them for dinner for about 2 months, getting my hunger under control and seeing what a normal portion is. I have lost 15 pounds doing this. However I had a hard boiled egg for breakfast and a very small high protein lunch. I am now going to stop eating them because they are so high in sodium. I will then be ready for the correct portions of un-packaged foods. So good luck and it is worth a try if you have portion control issues like I did!

I have been eating Lean cuisine for lunch for a few months now, and I have lost considerable weight. But I don't eat snacks, and I limit calories to 1200-1500 a day.
