Green leafy vegatables
they're high in iron and folic acid.. Very important especially in preventing spina bifida. Eggs are also a good source and if you are sick in the mornings it may help to have a couple of hard boiled eggs before bed. Protein takes longer to digest and morning sickness is worse on an empty stomache. That's why people recommend keeping soda creackers beside your bed so you can get something in you stomache if you wake up nauseus.
Whole grains. fresh fresh fresh food
stay away from processed foods and buy organic if you can afford to. Best wishes and congratulations.

20% of pregnancies bring about miscarriage - some earlier the lady had any concept she replaced into pregnant so it somewhat is greater situation-free than an excellent sort of human beings understand. Dr's commonly enable you be conscious of they have not have been given any concept why it happens, there are maximum of issues it must be. an excellent sort of human beings say that your physique rejects the toddler as a foreign places physique that's why first time early micarriages are so situation-free. in actual certainty no one somewhat is known with and the unhappy ingredient is until eventually the miscarriages are recurrent (greater advantageous than 2 i'm afraid) they won't even look into. solid success and maximum suitable needs to you and your spouse

Eat lots of fruit, veg and fibre (lots of pregnant women get constipated and it leads to painful piles), drink milk (skimmed has the highest amount of fat - 1% in US).
Avoid shellfish and unpasturised cheese as there are bugs in these that can cause miscarriage.
Remember you only need 200 extra calories a day.
Make sure you drink plenty of water too.
Good luck!

Anything that doesn't make you feel like throwing up. Also you are not supposed to eat certain kinds of fish or soft cheese like blue cheese. I ate it anyway though cause it is my favorite. Bad me.
