I need treatment advise on buckthorn and another one starts with an M ill take the buckthorn for now?

my boyfriend mountain bikes and got a pretty good cut yesterday racing we know there was buckthorn and another that starts w/M
but i cant remember need treatment advise please

I am not a doctor so I would say the best way to treat it to get a doctor to look at it. A physical check-up on it will be much better than having someone that has seen it look at it.
