You don't know much about distilling, do you?

During Prohibition, all that cops had to do was drive around in the country with their windows down. The smell is that great. Unless you plan on distilling in the middle of nowhere, you can get caught.

If you get caught with a still or the ingredients you could get in trouble. A still is also very expensive. Some say it's dangerous. So it's important to do it right. So here is a way to make alcohol that's not very risky.

Start with an empty 2 liter soda bottle. Fill it half way with orange juice. Add half a slice of bread and 5 spoonfulls of sugar. Close the bottle and store the mixture at room temperature. Then every day open it VERY SLOWLY and add 4 spoonfulls of sugar until the sugar starts making the mixture fizz (in about 5 or 6 days). It will fizz more and more every day while you're adding the sugar for a while... This is why it's important to open it slowly. Then it will start to fizz less and less as it approaches two weeks. Stop adding sugar when the alcohol stops fizzing and let the mixture sit for the remainder of two weeks for better taste.

It's important to open the bottle once every day for two weeks so it doesn't explode. You have to open the bottle to add the sugar for most of the time anyway. Fill the bottle only half way with orange juice so you can squish the bottle before you close it and allow some room for the bottle to expand.

Note: In the beginning, a few days after adding the bread, strain out the bread using an empty drink pitcher and an old T-shirt. At this point you won't really be able to tell that it's becoming alcohol. Clean the soda bottle and pour the juice back in and continue adding sugar on a daily basis. Taking the bread out stops the mixture from molding. You can use a spoonfull of yeast instead of bread and then you don't have to strain out the bread later. The whole process of making this alcohol takes 2 weeks.

You can use any kind of fruit juice as long as it's real and any kind of sugar. For example, you can use honey instead of sugar. Some people have been known to use cake frosting when nothing else is available.

Its so easy. Its actually easier than brewing beer.
If you can weld, there is a lot of plans online to make a still. Otherwise, buy something called The Nomad. Mineral Oil Extractor. It will cost you about $250. You need a good hotplate also. If you want a few books, just ping me back.
