Garlic and Cheese Bread Sticks:
1 can Pilsbury biscuits
1/2 stick butter
1tlbsp garlic powder
1c parmesan cheese
Cut each biscuit in half, melt butter,place parmesan cheese and garlic powder in bowl blend together, dip each half of biscuit in melted butter, then in parmesan and garlic mix, place on baking sheet and cook untill brown, use temperture directions and time found on pkg.
Wilted Lettace;
4 to 5 c lettace(romaine)
1/4 c oil
1/4 c vinegar
dash of salt
dash of pepper
sprinkle with 2 tsp of sugar
Put oil in skillet and heat with vinegar, when hot add lettace salt and pepper and sugar, stir mixture until coasted and heat, takes about 5minutes.
No Boil Lasagne
1tsp oil
1 med onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1lb ground beef
2 14oz cans tomato sauce
1 10z can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c water
1 tsp oregano
1 c cottage cheese
1/3 c parmesan cheese
1 c chopped spinach
1 egg slightly beaten
2 tsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese
1 pkg American Beauty Lasagne noodles- uncooked
Saute onion and garlic in oil, and ground beef and brown,remove excess fat, stir in tomato sauce, mushrooms with their liquid,water and oregano;bring to boil and remove form heat; combine cottage cheese,parmesan cheese, spinach,egg,oil and salt, spoon 1/3 sauce in to 9 X 13 baking dish,cover with lasagne noodles, spread another 1/3 sauce and and cover with cover with lasagne, spread another 1/3 sauce and lasagne, spread cheese and spinach mixture over and cover with remaining lasagne and sauce,top with mozzarella cheese slices,cover with tin foil and bake 375 for 45 minutes, uncover and bake until cheese turns brown(about 15 minutes).
Desert; I would recommend Italian Ice cream.

Linguine with a light basil olive sauce with shrimp, garlic bread and a nice salad with italian dressing, a bottle of white wine (preferrably a Riesling) and chocolate truffles and/or chocolate-covered strawberries for dessert.

I would go for the anti pasta platter. Tons of veggies meats and cheeses. Then I would go for some fried seafood with lots of lemon juice. Then the main course. I would go nontraditional and probably make pork shank braised with wine canned tomatoes and root veggies. Then I would do some bread (garlic of course)...and go for cheeses and fruit for desert. Sound good?

I would make:
Osso Buco - braised veal shank
Risotto with saffron and parmesan cheese
Roasted Asparugus with sun dried tomatoes
Zabaglione (wine custard) for dessert
Yummy!
