I think the non religious people like to seek what is not there; it gives them validity.

I was born and raised Catholic until I was 13, then I accepted Christ and became a Christian. Catholics do worship Mary. They pray to her, display images of her and fall down on their knees to her. Mary was the mother of Christ. She is not blameless and perfect and she is not the Savior of the Universe. The Bible says that we are not to have no other Gods before Him and Mary has become a God for Catholics. There is only One true God and Creator. Pray to the One who was born to a sinner, lived a blameless life, and who died on the Cross as a ransom for everyone, not to Mary. She did none of these. Adam and Eve were the first humans, they had children and they multiplied their numbers. The Bible tells us that Cain lay with his wife, so we don't know who his wife was or where she came from, but the Bible never says that God created more human beings. For all we know, she could have been a sister, right? But how else were they going to fill the earth? I'm not going to fill in the Bible and say that God created more humans because the Bible has already been written and sometimes things get left out. Is the beginning that important to you? My Bible says that Cain had anger and nothing about fear, but he should have feared God Almighty because after all, He's God. I'm mostly interested in what I need to get to heaven, which is a personal commitment to Christ.

Genesis: Is a collection of histories written down by various peoples throughout history at that time. Many things were omitted or forgotten by the time they wrote them. God only created Adam and Eve and all peoples came from them. The actual history of the other races are lost to time, and we will never know their true origin. But as for the church of the anti-christ or Catholics, they spend their time on the very rituals that Jesus and all the other prophets warned us about.God has told us time and again do not offer anything but yourself.
Read the bible and learn things so that freedom can be yours as well. A monkey who babbles has a better shot at heaven than one who hinders Gods children.
For the record all religions are wrong and true peace comes from believeing in GOD, NOT a religion.

Yeah, they are. But if they said Catholics are good people, many might convert, or something. No one wants to loose parishoners, only gain. Besides, no one has the answer...so they say things that contradict what they've said before. The Bible contradicts itself too. It's all about explaining things, and life as we know it. No one likes to think of Seth having relations with Eve, so Christians sate there were other humans on Earth. It's not in the Bible because the Bible is really the clilff note version of what the REAL bible would be, so to cut down on paper, only the very essential things are written in. I'm with u on the Mary thing...and I say this--god chose HER out of everyone even B4 she was born to carry HIS child..so she's someone special and should be reveared. I'm sorry Christians don't see it that way. IF she wasn't queen, then how would Jesus rightiously be King? It's all terms of logic and belief. People always want to be right...and don't want to hear anything that could make them wrong.

You're comparing apples and oranges here. For starters, the Bible doesn't list every human being that was born from the time of Adam and Eve to the birth of Jesus Christ. If you go back and read the account of Cain murdering his brother and God's response, you'll see that Cain was concerned that EVERYONE who found out about what he did (he didn't name his parents) would kill him. So if he wasn't afraid of incurring the wrath of his parents, who was he afraid of? Gee, must have been some other people around that weren't listed by name in the Bible. As for Catholic practices, Revelation 22:19 says "If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book, and if any man shall take away from the words of this book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the holy book of life." Makes it pretty clear that everyone, regardless of what denomination they claim, should be darn sure that they're living their lives in accordance with the Bible -- not adding their own traditions or conveniently 'editing out' any parts they don't agree with.

The content of the holy Bible are almost wrong. The Bible were written by many writers and translated in many languages without presented it also in the original language.which has been given by our God.The writers wrote it in line with their thought and their interpretation. They changed its content as they liked it.But the last holy book Al Qur'an ,its originality is always maintained by presenting its originals in Arabic language in the left patrt of the book and then we can read its translation/inter- pretation in many languages on the right part of the book.
So all readers can compared it whether its translation or interpretation are right or not.,if they understand the Arabic language stated in the holy book. God created Adam and Eve from the earth. They had many children.Their children married among themselves. We are all their descendants So we are brothers and sisters whereever we live and whatever our different religions. We have a mission to develop this earth by not making damages. We should obey the God's instructions and God's prohibitions stated in the holy book Al Qur'an.We should love and help each other because our God loves peace. We must make the world more prosperous..Allah hates some quarrels like among middle east races Israeli and Arabs.Allah hates conceiting,killing/murderings,gambling,smoking drug addicting, stealing and adultering..Islam is a logic religion and a complete life guidance.Islamic teaching are not against with modern sciences..Really if you compared your religion with islam religion you could know the difference and you can consider the best and right one if you are given/showed a right path by our God..I hope God bless you all.

Telling people their superstition is the same as your superstition is like riding a bike with no wheels; it won't get you anywhere. Can Jesus beat up Spiderman? Can the Holy Ghost protect Gotham City better than Batman? Did the snake talk to Eve or was it Casper the Ghost who convinced her to eat an apple
It is dangerous when adults cannot tell the difference between reality and fantasy. We would be suspicious of an adult who still believes in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny.
Isn't it about time we evolved to the next level?

Any one you pray to is worshiping.
Are you saying Catholics don't pray to Mary?
You are wrong. I was a Catholic and I know.
As to your reference to Cain, interesting you centered on that.
Just by the inference of fear, it meant that there were others.
And if on this trend, Cain knew his wife. Where did she come from? Yes there were others, by the way he had two wives.
And why did God put a mark on him to identify him to others--OTHERS.
As to your so what remark, not good.
You have to have a platform from which to operate from. Otherwise anyone can say anything and it's just as good.
I can say the big zinger is the same as the big zanger--but it is not, they are different words.
You have to have a reference of Truth. That being the Bible, if it isn't the Bible then why does the Catholic church use it?
Because it is the truth and it does have power.
It is used by cults and it keeps the people in there, why because it has power--you can use it wrongly..

Basically the laws of the lands are taken from the standards of Gods word the bible, one would be the Court System, think out it , if we didn't have his standards to go on who's standards would be valid enough for us to go by. I know none of us, no matter how brilliant we may think we are, we are but mere human being against God's infinite wisdom, many can try to deceive themselves by believing there's no God, the truth is that they'll always have doubts in thier hearts when confronted with Gods creation.Take the human body for instance its a wonder within itself.. you ve to be blind not to see there's a God,man has nothing to do with it. How about the moon at night/ who made the moon, the stars, the sun, universe, the mechanism of life as its functions that are so brilliant, and magnificent. The big bang theory is ridicules, there had to be an active force to cause the big bang, where did that active force come from , and what was that active force? For every effect there's has to be a cause.
People don't believe in God because they don't want to face that reality because it means that they'll have to search for that answer which really many are to lazy to do.. All I know and I am sure of through my faith, and study of Gods word is, If its not in the bible it doesn't exist. I'm glad to hear you admit the truth on how Cathlolics have corrupted Gods word, Cathlolics do worship Mary, have you heard the prayer they pray, Hail Mary full of grace, the lord is with thee, blessed Mary mother of God pray for us sinners etc,, etc, etc, she is being pray to, as if she was God, and as for those Christian you talk about it apparent that you haven't met a true christian that know the true facts on bible teachings. Visit the Churches of Christ nearest you and learn the truth of Gods word.

RCs are not of The Christian Faith...
No one of The True Christian Faith would state that God created, in The Begining, any more people than Adam and Eve.
And yes RCs do worship Mary... they bow before her image and they pray to her... I have personaly witnessed this many times...that is worship. And forbidden by God.
Ask any RC priest if his Salvation is assured...ask the pope... not one, by RC law is permitted to say their, or anyone elses for that matter, is assured... for that reason alone... it being in direct oposition to the teaching of Jesus The Christ, They are not Christian.
Those of The True Christian Faith know with absolute assurance that they have a place in heaven... something no pope has ever known
But then the RCs dont accept God's commandments.

Apples and Oranges.
The reason Mary Veneration (not worship) is wrong is because as the 10 Commandments state, there should be "no graven image" made of anyone/anything and it be prayed too. This IS EXACTLY THE CASE with Mary and Saint WORSHIP and YES, IT IS WORSHIP. Why? Because NO ONE, I repeat NO ONE, can "go to God" EXCEPT "THROUGH CHRIST JESUS." So, praying through Mary and the Saints for "intercession" is simply a waste of time. Only by praying "through Christ Jesus" can your prayers be heard. PERIOD. Even Christ told his Mother that she was basically "no one" just another of his worshippers and that "his family" was FOLLOWERS and not "just" his earthly family. So the fact that Mary was his Mother meant little to him while on earth, not that he didn't love her, I'm am very sure he did. However, Mary and Saint veneration came from Pagandom, as Mary was first represented of Semiramis (Isis, Astarte, etc) the Mother of Tammuz/Dammuzi) see also by the Catholic Priest the Reverend Alexander Hislop, "The Two Babylons." Semiramis was the wife of Nimrod, the great grandson of Ham (Noah's son) and the 1st King of Babylon. She had herself proclaimed a Virgin Goddess and gave birth to their sun Tammuz, only to sacrifice him on December 25, to bring about the "renewal" of the Sun, later Saturnalia would be celebrated in his memory. As the new "virgin mother of the son god" she was celebrated throughout history under at least 50 names of different goddesses. The Catholic church "usurped" her worship and used it to "bring more people into the fold" thus increasing Christianity greatly. After all, here was a ready made "mother of the son of god."
SECONDLY, most do not answer about Adam & Eve. But, yes, Adam and Eve DID have other Children. In Genesis Chapter 5:4 we see: "And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat SONS AND DAUGHTERS:"
So, that shoots your little theory right out of the water. "and he begat SONS AND DAUGHTERS:" You must realize that Adam and Eve's Children were 1 GENERATION away from PERFECTION so they were perfectly safe to marry their brothers and sisters. It takes 10 generations for a genetic flaw to set in and that would have been Noah's Generation. At this time there was no "taboo" on family intermarriage and Adam & Eve most likely had a large family. According to Jewish Oral Tradition and Texts, pregnancies at this TIME LASTED NO MORE THAN 1 - 4 DAYS! So, its not like Eve would have been put out for years on end.
There we have it. We have proof of a pagan intrusion (by a Catholic Priest no less "the reverend Alexander Hislop") of a mixture of Babylonian Sun God worship and that of his Mother, a "virgin goddess" being brought in.
Also, that of Adam and Eve "and he begat SONS AND DAUGHTERS:" (Genesis Chapter 5:4). So here we see actual PROOF that God says Adam and Eve had MORE children that just 3 boys. Also, you must realize that the Book of Genesis is a Patriarchal Book, meaning the Begats go only through the males because it was "considered" that the "life" came through the Father and the "form" came from the mother. Thus if Adam had not fallen, but Eve had, we would still have been born perfect. However, if Adam had fallen and Eve hadn't, we would still have been born "imperfect." Just the way the male writers saw it.
