You should have no problem coming up with information on the subject. I just ran a search for "hunting guide school" , wow , thought I might come up with a couple of choices for you..hahaha..Lots to choose from, give it a try...

If you're an NRA member you might call them and ask for a school that they recommend..If not maybe someone will come along who can recommend one over the others for you.

If you're looking to become a guide in Alaska, I believe you have to apprentice for a set period of time.

pretty much you just need a guiding license check with your local parks and wildlife some states are easier then others but if you have places where you takes your friends and you get the kill everytime get a license and wala your a guide
