Does anyone have a special recipe for a special dessert that would be easy to make for a 20th birthday?

i guess the bday cake would be the "special" dessert, but you can make mud pie...

if you make it in 13 x 9 pan:

1.5 - 2 boxes nilla waffers (depending on how thick you want the crust
1/2 stick of melting butter
2 boxes instant jello chocolate pudding
1 bag oreos
4 blocks of cream cheese

- crush the waffers and oreos in two separate ziplock bags to become crummy.
- mix the cream cheese with a little milk to break down the consistency (spreadible, but not liquified)
- melt the butter and mix well with nilla waffers
- prepare the pudding by following the directions for instant pudding, not pie
- layer the bottom of the pan with nilla waffers (pack it down)
- make the next layer by evenly spreading the cream cheese
- the 3rd layer will be the chocolate pudding (spread evenly)
- top it off by creating the final layer with crushed oreos (spread evenly).
- refridgerate for a good hour and serve

it's rich, fast to make, and yummy... and has tons of calories!!!

Strawberry Heaven. Take a store-bought angel food cake and cut it horizontally into 3 layers. Crush a pint of hulled strawberries, and mix it with a cup and a half of cool whip. Spread it on the two middle layers, and top with sliced strawberries. Stack the layers back on and cover it with plain cool whip and top with more sliced strawberries.

1C.butter 13/4C.self-rising flour
1/2Csugar 36 hershey kisses
1tsp.vanilla extract
Cream butter and sugar together with vanilla extract.Add flour gradually until wel blended.Chill the dough 10min..Mold about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough around each hershey kiss.Make sure you cover the candy completely.Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees until golden brown about 10min.Let cool 1 min. on cookie sheet then remove to cooling rack.

Dump cake
1can blueberry pie filling
1pkg.yellow cake mix
1 stick butter melted
1cup nuts chopped
1can crushed pineapple
spread pie filling in a 13x9 pan.Pour pineapple onto pie filling;top with cake mix and pour melted butter on cake mix.Sprinkle with nuts.Bake at 350 for 45min.

Fruit parfait
1sm.can crushed pineapple drained
1c.low fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 c of strawberries or any fruit of your choice
1c.granola
In each glass make layers of pineapple yogurt granola, fruit of your choice,yogurt,granola.Repeat till you have filled your glass.

yes, it will require, tortillas, hershey chocalate bars, ice cream and whip cream. fill the bottom of a pan with oil, just enough to cover bottom, wrap one tortilla around one chocolate bar, lay in hot oil long enough to lightly brown tortilla, easier if you lay top first then flip slowly, remove, plate, add ice cream and whip cream, called chocolate chimichonga
