I am not kidding! A person told me they did not have good toilet paper of water! Should take my own there! What do you know about it?

Why on earth would you do that? The French INVENTED Vichy water! And toilet paper is not unknown on the Continent...
Everything you need you can get over there, and the whole idea of travel is to see how other people live, isn't it? If you want to have things exactly the way you're used to having them, then you don't really want to travel.
But the French have been quenching their thirst, and wiping their bottoms for centuries, so don't worry about being caught short.

No, they have some, for the toilet paper, they're as civilized as we are and for the water, there aren't any danger of catching a disease from their water.

I've been there, and there's no need. They have toilet paper in all the public restrooms and you can buy bottled water just about anywhere.

The french and pretty much anywhere in europe are more sophisticated than us. I live in Ohio and I dont drink the water. I mean most people in America are also overweight and its the opposite in europe. Ive been there quite a few times.
