In some pages it says,20g carb per day is low carb and others vary between 20 and 100grams per day.
It can also vary according to how much a person weighs...So how much carb would be low carb for a person who weighs 140lbs?

Depends on how much weight you want to lose. To do low carb it's a lifestyle change not a diet. I did induction which is 20g carbs a day for 2 weeks then added carbs a little at a time to be able to eat more and still be losing.

I lost 50 pounds. Start out with 20g for two weeks.

Depends on how much weight you want to lose. Remember though, carbs dont cause weight gain unless you consume 1000's of them a day. It's eating to much that causes weight gain, the whole supersizing everything. Dont believe me? Go to Mcdonalds sometime and look at all the people supersizing everything.

I got a file on my site on the dangers of low carb dieting, consider reading it.
