Because they were made in God's image.
How do we know God is white?
Because he's American.
How do we know he's American?
Because America is the best country. Why else would we have God on our money? Duh!

who told you they were "white"

If Africa is where the first man and woman walked on this earth and had thought how could Adam and Eve be white. You have to understand that this is a very racist world and the white man wants everyone else to be white. How can the white man say that he has always rules this world if the first man on this earth was black............ Mankind has lost it way and it brain is filled with nonsense and confusion. God said that I made man in my image and if the black man was the first man to walk this planet earth then what the white man has said over the years are untrue... And there are many other way to prove my words are true but this is not the time or place to do it........... And I rather tell you the truth then count on the color of my skin to get me thru this very confused and lying world................

We do not know what skin color they had. The genes are present in every human to produce any skin color. The is only one race-human. The *******, Caucasoid, and Mongoloid are products of the same race in differing environments. Some one said that Adam and Eve were black because life began in Africa-we do not know that either. We don't know where life began. It began in the garden of Eden-but since the earth was destroyed in the flood, we have no idea where it was.

1. We don't, seeing as skin color is accidental to being a human.

2. Jesus was Hebrew, not American. He was the only one who ever became part of creation, and therefore the only one who could have been American.

3. Boy, did we ever put "In God We Trust" on the right object.

And by the way, you sound like a racist.

We don't. If you actually go on the circumstantial evidence given for where the garden of eden was that would be where Mesopotamia once was and part of modern day Iraq. They would look like other middle easterners if that was the case.

I'm sure a deity is oh so proud to be on something crass like money which can produce greed. Another human creation.

"In God's Image" means Holy, not looking like him physically.

And we don't know that Adam and Eve were white, or that those were even their names. Every nationality recreates the Biblical stories to fit in with their own race. Ever seen a white Jesus in a black church? No, you see black Jesus's hanging in paintings there.

They weren't white. They lived in Eden which was in the area of where Iraq is today. They were middle eastern.
And when God said He created man in His image it wasn't a race thing. He made man with able to think, to make things, with a spirit and a conscience. He didn't make us to be as animals but as He was. Thinking, Feeling, Caring, Loving etc.

If they existed..They definitely were not white..IF god created Adam and Eve and placed two white people in the middle east...They would have died in a few years from skin cancer.

never really thought about that ..

Just a thought .. May God forgive me .. but if Adam and Eve were the first two of the human kind and from them the rest has evolved .. shouldnt one of them be black and the other be white?

again .. just a thought ..

You cannot confront with a fact that god, you believe in(and of course does not exist) is not white, as you are.

Old testament was written by jews and they weren't white. When they wrote it they pictured Adam and Eve as Jews, so if they did exist they weren't white.

We know he was white because of his name Adam in the hebrew in which the old test. was written is Awdam and it means ruddy complected or the abilaty to show blood in the face. the white race is the only one that can do that.
