Honey you have to ask him. The only way you'll know is if you ask him yourself. Another way you can sort of judge is if he had means of communication. If he did why didn't he contact you if not then you're still in the dark. That is not an easy question to answer.

Well,if he did love you then he would have made an effort to contact you.Going the entire summer without talking to him is crazy.It sounds to me that he doesn't love you.I think that you should dump him and find someone else who can make an effort in contacting you.

Probably not... just because he is on a boat doesn't mean a thing... don't make excuses for him.. besides you should leave him alone just because he hasn't got in touched with you.
