a woman needs to be satisfied Mentally, emotionally, and physically by her Man. she needs to know that he can, and will, Take Care of her. she needs to be secure and safe, and TRUST him. a man needs to be trustworthy, honest, respectful, and open minded in order to be able to truly satisfy a woman. because men are not emotionally developed as women are, they need to work Harder on that part. you already have the career and job and financial stability intact (hopefully). but u don't have the emotional, understanding, and patience that a woman Needs in order to trust you. so u have to work on it...even if u make mistakes, if u try, she will appreciate you. and u need to validate her needs, her feelings, her emotions. if she is upset about something, the point is not about who is to blame, who is right or wrong; the point is, what are u going to do, and are u willing and Able to take care of the situation? can u help the relationsihp to grow? can u compromise? that is what she is looking for. so be a great guy; work on ur confidence, in ur ability to be honest, hard working, and Open Minded. that's the only way she can trust you, if u are willing to do what is Right for the relationship.

Intelligence is a big turnon...and although spelling is no sign of that (or lack of), bad spelling/grammar is a turn off to a lot of intelligent women...
Your question should have read: "What does a girl look for in a boy before accepting his love proposal?" Now, English may not be your primary language, and thus your boo boos can be more easily forgiven (it's not an easy language to learn!)
What a girl will look for, will be vary from woman to woman...however I would think for most it would take them being in love with him, and looking forward to sharing their lives and futures together...

Easy Steps to Win almost Any girl:
1) Have goals for your life. women like that in a partner.
2)Be honest and loyal to her. You'll have to gain her trust.
3) Always listen to her (or try al least)
4) Have a good sense of humor.Tell jokes, be spontaneous, and try to make her smile.
5)Be romantic and thoughtful. suprise her by remembering things she likes.
6) Be intelligent. Or at least enough to keep her stimulated.
7) And most importantly love her with all you have!!

As in Warren's book Date or Soul Mate, make a list of 10 Must Have qualities (college, kindness, affection) and a list of 10 Can't Stands (racist, smoker, spender, borrower.) Make sure they measure up in the first couple of dates, before you have a big emotional investment.
