I would continue watchiong the dog for a few hours and see if it gets any better, if not i would take her to your local vet tomorrow and have it checked out, she may have pulled a muscle or fractored it, nothing a x ray and a ew meds cant fix. dont worry with the proper care she will be fine.

How some time previous did your pup have her first images? In tiny canine, like chihuahuas, the MLV parvo inoculation can each now and then reason the sickness. Chis are so tiny that an complete vaccine load can cause them to very sick. some vets downsize the shot, in uncomplicated words giving 1/2 a vaccine, because of the small length. in case your canine had her vaccine given decrease than 5 days in the past, then i'd be very worried that the vaccine itself might want to be giving her parvo warning signs. Take her temp. no matter if it truly is over 102.5 then see your vet on the prompt. meaning she is sick. replacing food gained't reason a canine to run a fever, so temp is continually a good indication of no matter if a canine is truly sick or merely has a tummy discomfort from food replacing. good luck.

Have you checked to see if the puppy has anything stuck in it's paw? I'd get the poor baby to a vet and have an x-ray done to determine if there's something seriously wrong with the hind leg.

when it comes to your pets.. you should always consult a vet.
it's a very good possibility that the large dog was to rough with your little chihuahua.. you should of been watching them very closely to see that she doesn't get hurt. take her into the vet to have her leg examined. they will tell you the results. no one on the Internet is going to be able to diagnose the health of your puppy.

She may've pulled a muscle, or the other dog may've broken her leg. Feel the leg and see what's up. If it persists, take the dog to the vet. Limping is a sign that something hurts.

If your puppy didn't stop limping very shortly after it got hurt then you need to bring it to the vet ASAP to make sure the other dog didn't hurt her. Also check to see if she is bleeding at all.

Little dog vs. bigger dog , always watch them closely. Take the pup to the vet, make sure there are no breaks. Might be nothing, but better safe than sorry, especially if you love it.
