The reason I asked this question is that I'm not the type of person who just asks women out. So I try to get to know the person I want to ask out first. So when I did she just started to cry and she told me in another time she would and I never seen her again. This has been on my mind for awhile and I just want to know if I did something wrong or if she needed help and I did not see it and that would mean that I was not a very good friend after all. I would like to say thank you to all that answer.

If she was crying in a bad way, it's because she just wanted to be friends with you and she's now afraid that, since you want to be more than friends and she just wants to stay friends, it'll ruin the friendship. Esp if you two are really close friends.

Perhaps she had been waiting for this moment and can't believe it's finally coming to fruition. The scary part of course is that you were bold enough to make that kind of move, because so many people worry about causing the destruction of a friendship when it doesn't work out.

maybe she has been waiting for you to ask for a LONG time... :). she sounds sensitive and emotional..make sure to be careful and be nice and caring towards her.... remember that she cries easily, not because she is weak, but because she has a LOT of emotional capability. it can be good, and it can be bad.. u have to try really hard to see where she's coming from. make sure to communicate a lot, and be a little more observant than normal. make sure she tells u how she feels, so u don't guess and make mistake! :)!
