I live ihn florida, and it gets pretty darn cold! I think it could get to -700 degrees if it wanted to!Don't you?

No, I believe -700 is below absolute zero, so at that point all matter would cease to exist. It's impossible.

yea when another ice age happens and the human race ceases to exist--the prediction of human extinction is expected to be in the next billion years when the earth will be either tilted towards poles facing away from the sun or overexposure of the sun due to the hole in the ozone layer.

It can't even get that cold on pluto. Absolute zero is around -300°. That's as cold as cold can get.
