dieting is not a good idea for an 11 year old! Just try to cut out salty, fatty and greasy stuff like fries, chips, candy, etc.. Also cut out sodas....and stick to water. Walk with a friend or family member everyday after dinner and perhaps get involved in a sport like baseball or soccer or even recreational gymnastics. You've got a lot of growing to do still, so just cut down on the junk and remember to skip 'seconds' at dinner time!

I agree with a lot of people here. Right now in your life you do not need to think about diets. Plus your weight does not require a diet. If you think your fat then maybe to some weight lifting to tone up but do nothing about your diet. Your body is still developing and it needs all its nutrients.

You're 11, stop worrying about your physical appearance and focus on something positive. Too young to worry about diets. Try walking with Mom or Dad a few nights/week if you want to get some exercise in.

Your only 11! You still have a lot of growing and developing to do in the next 5-8 years so you will most likely grow into your weight. Your too young to have these kinds of concerns. Heck your not even overweight! Please be happy with yourself because you might have a negative self image of yourself and this can lead to more serious issues.

At your age you really dont want to lose wait. But if you do, start take more physical activities, like gymnastics and soccer. And Keep eating heathy meals but dont always have dessert have candy maby every other day. Plus at your age and hight you weigh the perfect amount, trust me. You do.

well, hopefully u aint anerexic, anyway, a healthy diet consists of eating fruit and vegtables, celery is great, it takes more calories to eat a stick of celery than the celery has in it to begin with, also jog around a lake or something and try to do 50 pushups and situps a day...if your willing to lose wieght, just do that, stay away from soda!!!! drink water, milk, fruit jucies, stay away from an excessive amount of sweets.

IM the same height, im 110 and it looks like im fat
my friend is 5 foot 1 too and shes like 95-98 and is sooooo perfect! her body is so beautiful,
so honey you need to lose like 19 pounds so exlax and water sweetie, works perfectly, im about to start that, so lol good luck to me and u

my grandson always grew thick around his waist then would have a growth spurt .you can't say at 11 how your body needs to go at any moment.Just try to eat right and enough to keep developing properly then turn off your computer and go out and play

eating healthy and exercise.. just simply walking for 30 min can help u significantly loose weight and not eating too much junk food
