I honestly don't feel much of a difference, but I think your asking that question is indicative of most Americans wanting to see "instant results" from all changes in their diet.

In the long run, you will benefit from the activity in getting more fiber in your diet along with the necessary vitamins and nutrients from your daily apple. But don't look at it from a day-to-day perspective, similar to looking at the scale every day you are dieting. Make it a lifestyle change, and your body will be healthier in the long run, especially if you are replacing high fat snacks that you would have eaten with that apple.
