I wouldn't give a cat anything but cold water to drink. There's a lot of acid in tea which can really mess up an animal's stomach.

I don't think that it would be a good idea to give it anything other than water or milk. Some develop a taste for fruit juice but the best thing is water. Remember that the majority of cats are actually lactose intolerant.

My kitties will occasionally stick their faces into a cup of tea and have a small drink. They like it and as they're 13, it doesn't seem to have done them much harm.

Its ok for your cat to have some, but not alot. cats shouldnt really have sugar, but any food or drink is ok for them pretty much. just watch the sugar, salt, and sweets. and it should be ok for your cat every once in a while.

caffeine is not good for animals... why would you give your kitten tea anyway? water is best.
