You'd have to estimate your average rate of speed to determine a cal. burned/hour rate. For some reason I'm thinking you can burn in the neighborhood of 700-900 total calories/10 miles/mild pace. Try the below link, you may find it helpful from runner's world.

it really depends on your exact pace. the most accurate way to determine calories burned is to figure out how many minutes it takes you to walk the 10 miles then use a calorie calculator - i have tried out tons of these and find this one to be the best, it calculates 222 activites and you can input your weight and get results for 1 minute of exercise then multiply that by the number of minutes per day - it's very cool :)

You could probably put that info in at one of the fitness magazine websites and find out. Try self.com, fitness.com, or shape.com. They all have some kind of calculator for fitness that might help you out.
