Becoming licensed to practice medicine in any state takes preparation and in doing so you need to know that particular state's requirements. Some are lenient but others are very strict. Therefore I have to recommend that you not take anyone's word for this one. If you are planning to go to school there you need to start the studies early by choosing where you want to practice and find out from them if they will license you with SABA's credentials. Don't be surprised if some places don't. Its nothing against that particular school but some licensing boards are picky. Good Luck and sorry this is so long.
