My niece came over for vacation and was only with us for 2 weeks when I caught her with my husband! We were all drinking and my mom decided to take her to bed cause she looked liked she had a little too much to drink. When my mom did that my husband decided to take our son (3years now) for a bath. After putting my niece to bed my mom came and take my daughter (11months) to bed. I decided to stay outside to get some fresh air. Then I decided to go and see if everyone was okay. I went and saw my son all alone, then I went and checked on my mother hoping that he was helping with her, then the unbelievable he was with her, she was only wearing her t-shirt, he was fully clothed. I told him that I was going to close the garage door hoping that he would come out but he didn't that's when they had sex. To me he obviously know what he was doing. How to deal with this, I am financially unstable and have no where to go, cause we are staying with my in-laws at the moment.

No, I don't have anywhere to go, I moved to this country when I got married. She is 18, and she reported him to the police the next day stating that she got raped. I know that is was consensual because she came and apologise after it, and I mean come on I went in the room and she wasn't being forced on cause he was down on her. She was the one who said they had sex he denied until I told him she told me.

Do you have anywhere at all to go? if so please do so, you dont have to put up with things like that. At one point I thought I would not be able to make without my husband and I did and I have two children who I raise on my own because he does not give child support and dont worry, ask around you'll see that there are places where you can go and start fresh. dont let your child grow in a messed up relationship it hurts them. By the way yes he new what he was doing and I dont know how drunk your niece was but at one point she knew it was your husband and she is to blame also. remember it takes two.

Your niece had a little too much to drink and your husband took advantage? He was the one who was married, what was his excuse? You have a home. He doesn't. Get him out - with a charge of rape and you as a witness, he is going to jail. That is, you WILL testify, correct? Don't misplace that anger onto your niece. Your husband is guilty and knew better. Grow a backbone. You mention "your mom" in the beginning putting everyone to bed then say you're staying at in-laws.
Go to a police station and ask what can be done about temporary shelter.

Tell your in laws and have nothing to do with your cousin. How could you let them stay together in the bed when you saw them the first time. I would have gone for my baseball bat and beat both of them out of the bed and put up such a scandal. You do not catch your husband in bed with anyone and then go off and leave them. That was like saying its OK do what you want. Grab stuff and start throwing it. If she had to much to drink that is not consensual sex. If she filed rape charges then let them stick and you will be rid of the dope and also have the state help you financially.

Can I give you an advice?
What you have seen is enough to get a divorce, but if you are both living with your family in law, then nobody has a penny.
Be strong, if he is doing this in front of your face and his family, he is really hijo de puta. No way to change a vicious man. Get rid off your niece, if you are living legally in the US, then go to the police and make your own statement. Who knows what that ***** has in her head??
Then little by little start getting some work, whatever, save money coin by coin and get advice from a social worker.
As soon as is safe for you, or as soon as the crap from you husband gives any sign to mistreat you, then report him to child abuse. Second choice that will certainly work to avoid that it happens in the reality and to get rid of his nasty presence for ever. In case to decide going for this, your niece made you a favor, just let everything the way it is and take advantage as soon as you can.
Do not regret it, he does not deserve you.
Take care, AIDS and many other bugs are quite frequently. Go for a Gyn control and avoid sexual contact with that asshoooole.

It sounds like your niece is a hoe bag and your husband is cheating scum. Who's family are you living with? His or yours? If it is yours kick his butt out. Make him find a new place. If it is his family you aren't stuck there are shelters to go to. Move to one, get a job and take care of your kids. They don't need to be around that. What is going to come of the rape charges? Now you have even more of a reason to leave. You don't' want your children living with a rapists do you? Leave leave leave.

By what you have written, I am not sure if he had sex with your mother or your niece. If it was your niece, how old is she? Should he go to jail if she is underage? You must decide whether you can live with someone like that or try to make it on your own. It is a hard choice but I would leave the bum.

Since she made that report, obviously everyone in his fam knows abt it...what did they have to say abt it? You cld try and find some way to get out of that kind of relationship. Moreover..she's only 18..ok ok grown up considered to some..but still? Who knows he cld do worse?
