Ask your doctor about Phenergan syrup. It helped me. Also saltines and dry toast. Don't take any medication without asking your doctor first!

Sometimes having hard candy helps, you may also check to see when you seem to have the most sickness..is it after you eat dairy products or anything like that. I feel for you I had terrible morning sickness with both of my children. My daughter was the worse and I ended up having to eat like Burger King hamburgers plain for almost every meal because that was what I could keep down (i don't eat them now). The doctors also had to end up giving me some medication that they give chemo patients. My son was the same way but I ended up discover that I only got sick after eating dairy products and I had become intolerant to dairy products, so I stopped eating it and was better. I hope you find a solution that works for you because it can make your pregnancy miserable.

When I was pg with my kids in the morning before i would even get out of bed I would drink a glass of lemonaid and ate a few potatoe chips. I really worked for me. But it just depends on your body. I felt that the lemon aid worked better then anything else.

If you are continually sick see your doctor. If it is just morning sickness try this - Lemonade and potato chips. I do not know why eating potato chips and drinking lemonade at the same time works, but it does. I personally thought the person who told me was insane, but it worked for me. Good luck - and remember morning sickness is a passing phase of pregnancy for most people.

We sell Preggie Pop Drops at work. Three Lollies makes them. They provide quick calories and are natural so they can bring your blood sugar up and make you feel better. They make Queasy Drops for non-pregnant people who experience blood sugar drops, and a lady came in feeling nauseous the other day and she had one and it made her feel better.
