You're not likely to meet a nice guy at a bar anyway. Church is a great place if you go to church. Do the things you like to do and initiate conversations with the men who are there. Be confident and positive, both are attractive. Good luck and don't give up.

Nooo, not in bars, and not in church either. Try the library - he's trying to improve his lot in life, and take Tango lessons - dance keeps you young, and you'll meet a type of person not committed to trying to kill their liver in one evening. I don't drink, I work hard, I have a good life, but I'm happy to try to improve things for 'us'.
I met my wife at Tango classes. And if I wasn't married to her, there are some other very eligible women there!

You really want to know where they are hiding???
The local church is close...... But you really need to look next to the church..... Not the side the bar is on.... The other side.... Where the graveyard is...... Thats where they are all hiding.... about 6 feet under!!!!

Why don't you try match.com? I know you may feel silly doing it but I've met a WONDERFUL guy on there out of many choices of good men. I've been dating my boyfriend for almost 7 months now and wouldn't have met him if it wasn't for match. Give it a shot! They have a three day trial run.

Maybe the person you are looking for is right in front of you. Maybe in your work place or a friend that you may find attractive. Try dating someone you wouldnt normally go for who knows maybe they are exactly what u r looking for

church, laundry mats (weekends and nights), coffee houses, home improvement stores...you can also go to a large company office building, finding the nearest restaurant either inside the building or next door--go at lunch time----if they are married, the should have a ring, if not, smile!
