Cucumber sandwiches
Cheese sandwhiches
In the UK they put butter on most of their sandwhiches so put it on whatever you want.

My grandmother always used to make sandwiches for our lunchboxes with butter instead of mayonnaise because it wouldn't make the bread soggy.
You could make a vegetable sandwich, with whatever vegetables you've got lying around. A pita pocker would work better than regular bread for this one.
If you've got mustard, you can also do a cheese sandwich.

Cheese. No meat, no grilling, just bread, butter and cheese. One of my favourites.

you can make a sweet sandwich, toast the bread and while it's still warm, spread butter on it then sprinkle a little sugar on top. enjoy.

pPretty much any type... for example: peanut butter and butter, salami and butter, tomato and butter, jam and butter. Just add butter to whatever you like.
