sorry to say it, usually plans to lose weight just there plain old don't work. the thigh and hip are two of the last places that you lose weight... so start eating healthy and exercising. it'll come off eventually. just have some persistance and patience.

There is no such thing as "spot reducing". Your overall bodyfat will drop as you lose weight. Those just are the trouble spots for most women, as mens are bellys and love handles. Heavy cardio workouts and proper diet are THE only way!

with well balanced diet and lot of water plus jogging or walking you are gonna lose your extra weight.
try to watch the calories in and the energy out.

Eat less.
Excersise more.
If you still feel too big in those areas it might just be your natural body shape. In that case wear clothes that are complimentary to your figure. Don't go for clothes just because they're in fashion because you might look better in less fashionable clothes that fit you better.

What I've found that works really well is just to work out regularly and eat really healthy. I suggest using an elliptical trainer.
