Im sorry that your love left you...I was with someone for nine years and he left me for another woman...He tried coming back but i discovered i deserved better....I know you hear this all the time but it took experience to know its true...Only time will heal your heart. In the mean time try to induldge in activities you werent able to do when you had your woman....I suggest even takng a trip to clear your mind and soul

When I feel lost in a situation, I try to separate myself from it entirely - physically, emotionally, and mentally. I think a trip sounds like a wonderful idea.. if you can afford it, go somewhere you've always wanted to go with plenty of fun activities planned.
You need some *you* time. Pamper yourself.. give yourself plenty of time to think about your situation rationally and decide what you can do. I usually take a long, luxurious bubble bath to clear my thoughts. But that doesn't always help with the biggies.
You need some time away from this man and his new girl.. and stay away from things that will only remind you of him. Sometimes you really do need to leave town for a few days.
Don't sit in front of the TV crying and waiting for him to call and say he's sorry. That never works.. =\

All I can say to you is that it will get better. I had a boyfriend dump me a few years ago and we had been living together for a little over a year and then 3 weeks after he walked out, he started dating one of my college friends - they're married now so it's kind of rough. Anyway, in the end, it happened for a reason and you will find someone who is better for you.

Don't let her bring your life down. what you need to do is get up and go out with the boys go to the club. You can see that she has moved own so you need to do the same .You must be a smart and sexy man I am sure that you can get any woman you want.

I know that your heart broken now, but try to understand that God has someone else in mind for you. Go make yourself feel better by doing something for yourself, go shopping or get your nails done, you deserve it!
