cats love the window ledge, nothing much you can do about it, except work round it. i found a way to get my cats hair off the curtains really easy.
I use the sponge for washing dishes DRY AND NEW, I get them from asda 19p for 5, its the ones with normally GREEN ruff bit.
Just brush the curtain with that sponge and the hairs go onto it, you will be supprised how easy.
and the odd ones, just get some sticky tape and dab the curtain.

if you put some double sided tape on your window sill when the cat jumps up there she will feel it on the pads of her feet (they do not like this) After a few times of realizing the tape is still there she will stop jumping up there. When peeling off the tape do it slowly so it does not peel off your paint or you can put the tape on paper and tack pin it to the sill so you do not have to worry about peeling the tape of after wards, just wad the paper up and throw it away. Just be sure and use enough tape and paper to cover most of the sill. Also leave a curtain open by her chair so she can get sun that is why cats love windows so they can "sun bathe"

My cat does the same, I cannot get her to stop as she will sleep anywhere she pleases. Brown packing tape does a good job of removing the fur off of the curtains though.

The pet store have many sprays you can buy that smell bad to the cat. One thing that may be cheaper is lemon water and or double sided tape. Cats do not like sticky things on their paws. These are a few. I know the feeling, good luck! >^..^<

Usually, which too long for me. I think it depends on the guy and also his face though. Certain guys can easily pull off long hair and other folks can't.

I don't know for sure if this works but I read that if you put balloons where you don't want the cat to go, it will stay away. My own experience is to give up and get one of the sticky rollers things.

spray him with a bit of water whenever he gets in the window. He will soon learn that when he gets up there he gets wet, and will stop doing it.
As for the hairs, try using a lint roller.

use the back of big tape. even plain scotch tape works but it's the best thing. i have a long haired himalayan and i use tape to get fur off from all over.
our fur friends are the most important fur people in our lives. invest in tape. hahaha i promise, it works.
