1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup warm water 105-115 degrees
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
toppings of your choice

Mix the yeast and 1/4 cup of the hot water together with the honey yeast loves honey, and let it sit for 15 minutes in a bowl it will bubble and swell up.

Add that to a mixing bowl with a doe hook along with the flour and rest of the water and oil that will make a dough ball kneed until well mixed.

Take that out and kneed it in your clean hands for about 5 minutes and place in a bowl in a warm place with a warm damp towel over it. Let it rise for an hour and beat it up again and back in the bowl for an hour or so.

The dough is ready when you are.

roll it out thinner the better and make a lip on the outside for an edge and smear white sauce or red pizza sauce and toppings with mozzarella cheese over the top/

Bake on preheated stone at 500 degrees if you have one or pizza tray or metal tray for 15 minutes. I have even used just aluminum foil to bake it on. Take it out rest for a minute or two and slice that bad boy or girl up and serve.

This is the best dough i have ever made hands down.

Bon appetite

I like thin and crispy crusts. This is how I make mine:

2 flour tortillas (burrito size)
1 Tbls olive oil
1/4 + 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 + 1/4 tsp garlic powder
3 oz tomato paste (1/2 small can)
2 Tbls Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of your favorite toppings (ham, pepperoni. cooked sausage, pineapple, bacon, etc...)
1/4 onion thinly sliced
1/2 green bell pepper (or red, orange, yellow) diced

Heat oven to 450 degrees and place oven rack in middle position.
Get out a perforated pizza pan and place the tortilla shells on them. Spread the olive oil over both of the tortilla shells and then flip one over.
On the shell that is flipped over thinly spread tomato paste (1 oz) just till covered. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder and parmesan cheese thinly over the tomato paste.
Place the other shell over this with oil side down. Now you have a sandwiched shell with an unoiled tortilla shell on top.
Spread the rest of the tomato paste, Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the top tortilla shell.
Top with the meat (I cook up 1/2 a tube of Jimmy Dean low fat sausage), peppers, onions and mozzarella cheese.

Place in oven for 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and not too brown.

The oil on the bottom of the tortilla shell helps with browning and the perforations on the pan helps to dry out the shell. The tomato paste is drier than sauce and keeps the shells from getting too wet.
You can also add mushrooms, olives and red pepper flakes as desired.

I use the Pillsbury "French Loaf" and unroll it onto the pizza pan and bake it at 450 for about 8 minutes. take it out and add your toppings then bake for 15-20 minutes.

Sauce: Put olive oil and garlic in the pan to warm then add crushed or pureed tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt and red pepper and simmer until thickened. Roma tomatoes are best because they have less moisture than other tomatoes.

White sauce: Use Ranch Dressing and add chopped garlic. This sauce is fantastic with vegetarian pizza. Add sprinkles of Parmesan cheese on top of the vegetables before baking.

I start out with a bread dough ball. I then streach it to the desired length and width. Then you put pizza sauce on it leaving a 1/2 inch to the edge. then you can put the topping on haow you like. I put in the oven at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes, But you can change the time for how lite or dark you like the crust. Make sure the topping are fully cooked and non of the crust is doughy before you eat it. If it is put it backk in for another 5 min.

Your local grocery store should sell fresh dough probably in the bakery section. If yopu get the dough you stretch it out put it on a greased pan. Also you will need pizza sauce and cheese and whichever toppings you would like. bake in the oven at 350 for about 25-30 min

Proof some yeast.
Add 2 cups whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt and a tps of sugar.
Stir, knead, and let rise.
Meanwhile, grate lots of mozzarella, Romano, and Parmesan cheese.
Slice Roma tomatoes.
Mix up some pesto - fresh basil, pine nuts (or walnuts), garlic and olive oil in the food processor
If you eat mammals, slice up some sausage or other critters
When the dough rises, punch down, divide into two, and roll out. Dust the pan with corn meal. Press into a pizza pan. top with pesto, cheese, tomato slices and the animals, if you must. Bake until bottom of crust is brown and crisp.
Remove from oven. Allow to stand for 5 minutes, then whack in to wedges and eat.

For "home-made".., the easiest way (outside of frozen):
Take two packets of Betty Crocker pizza dough mix, follow directions to mix (I think it is about 1 cup hot water for both packets) and let sit for five minutes..
Roll out onto a cookie sheet (greased)
Then add on top: one jar (or as you please) of Ragu Pizza Sauce..
Then one 2-cup packet of Mozz Cheese (Pre-Shred)..add toppings, bake as directed. (But check a few minutes before..some ovens are shifty.)

The easiest I've found:

-Boboli (can be found at the supermarket) thin or thick crust.
-SPAGHETTI sauce
-Fixin's (veggies and/or meats )
-Mozzarella Cheese
-Parmesan Cheese

In that order. Follow the instructions on the Boboli package!

Buon Apetito!
