try your local animal shelter, give an animal a chance. all the shelter is going to do is keep them for 2 weeks and if they dont get adopted they will be put down.

always adopt from the animal shelters.

you will just have to pay a small adoption fee and the cost of spaying (at the shelters it usually isnt that much.)

Yes, I do, but unfortunately I live in Ohio. Definitely make a visit to your local shelter. I'm not a huge cat person, but I love animals and can't stand to see anything happen to one. For that reason, I seem to have a revolving door of cats and kittens at my home because they are so difficult to place. I can't bear the thought of taking a chance and sending one to the shelter and no one adopting it so that it gets put down, so I continue to give them a home here, until I can find a family who wants them. Save one from your local shelter...you won't be sorry!

Where have you been? I've never been anywhere that doesn't have 5 bazillion free kittens. Visit a farm. Or, I know you'll have to pay... but still, try an animal shelter. You'll be rescuing a kitten, it'll be just as cute, and it'll adore you for it! Please consider... try, http://www.petfinder.com

Call your local SPCA or Humane Society shelter. They are waiting for adopters for their animals.
