If you can't get to a chiropractor today, you can lay flat on your back with your legs up on a chair. When you sleep, put pillows under your knees, and make sure your pillow supports your neck.
The only person who should be "popping" your back or neck is a chiropractor.
You or your friends can hurt your spine badly if you try to adjust your back by yourselves.

If you are in High School or lower the just lean back in you desk. That is the best!! I wish I were in school again just so I could do that again. If you are not in school I've heard to use a door frame. It never works for me, but I have a big brother who will do it for me!!.

My son turns his head to the side, (one at a time)
puts his chin in air,
and takes hold of the back of his head with one hand,
rests the heal of his hand on the low side of his chin.
Then he pushes in an upward motion.
Be sure you're relaxed when you do it!
I don't know why I am telling you this, I do not think it is good for a person to do this! I used to yell at him all the time for doing it, but I guess "points is points!" heh heh!
Don't hurt yourself!
