Hi gorgeous one!

One pound of body fat is 3500 calories. You need to create a deficit by this amount to lose a pound of body fat.

I believe this answers your question, but if not let me know.

Good luck with your diet and fitness goals!

3,500 calories is equal to one pound of fat loss. 1-2 pounds each week is considered a healthy amount to gain or lose (whichever you may be trying to do).

3200 fat calories BUT only 500 lean calories. That explains why you lose weight faster if you only do aerobic exercise because you lose more lean weight (muscle) in that case. If you weight train, you add muscle mass (which weighs more than fat).
