I injured my back many years ago and have 3 herniated discs. I want to do more cardio but it has to be low to no-impact (can't do running). I don't have access to a gym and I'm currently saving up for a good ellipical trainer. Right now all I can do is cycling. What are some other excercises that would be good? I'm looking at fat reduction/toning/better general health as my goal.

Swimming... the best, very low impact. Don't swim in the ocean, do it in a pool where there is not any shark... That will hurt your back more...
