Probably, but you should eat breakfast and add one more thing, like a snack at night. It can be veggies or something, but I definitely think you should eat more.

You need to eat breakfast too. Eating breakfast is what tells our body to turn our matabolisim back on after being asleep all night. If you don't eat breakfast your body will matabolize everything you do eat for the rest of the day more slowly. So eat a bowl of cereal in the morning too. Also, this diet is just a marketing gimmic to get you to buy their cereal is not meant to be kept up for more than two weeks. I actually tried it and lasted just under a week because I was soooooooo hungry. That little bowl of cereal doesn't come close to filling you up. I just switched to making healither choices and make sure I get enough calories everyday. Because if you aren't eating enough calories then your body will go into starvation mode and turns everything you eat into fat to make sure it has enough energy to live off of. It's a lot better to change your lifestyle than to go on a diet. And you need to exercise regularly too. I hadn't exercized in a long time and found it was really hard to start again so I got some yoga videos and started with those and then workied my way up to the more intense workouts. There are no quick fixes but with hard work and determanation you can do it!!!! Good luck to you!!!

Maybe, no way to know because I don't know how big/little you are. Just figure out at www.hydroxycut.com how many calories you need to eat in a day to lose weight. For example if you weigh 120 pounds and you are 5'4" you need about 1500 to stay where you're at or you need about 1100 - 1200 to lose weight. Super easy and very effective. Just write down everything you eat that way you can keep track. Also keep track of your fat intake. I think for the example I gave you can only take in 30 fat g.... just go to the website and try it out.

Hi
You have a good eating plan ,but try this instead it really works so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

Hi there!
It depends how much of the above you eat. If you eat less than 2000 calories per day, and spread your meals out over the course of the day, and stay relatively active. You should see great results. All my clients do.
I believe this answers your question, but if not let me know.
Good luck with your diet and fitness goals!

you could. water is great for you. dont drink more than that though. But have a little breakfast, like an apple, or dry toast.
keep portion sizes small. Its not always what you eat, but how much you eat of it.

Where's your main source of protein? Not to mention not enough calories to get you through the day. You might lose weigh but you will make yourself sick!

it doesn't sound like a healthy diet. you need to have breakfast every day and you also need protein. your dinner seems to be the heaviest meal and it shouldn't be, esp if you're not burning the calories afterwards.
