Hey Cold!
If you decide to make Rib Eye, how about serve them open faced on some toasted, thick sliced bread (like Sourdough). Using the Pan drippings, make a little roux (flour and a little more butter), cook, add red wine or beef stock (or heck, even some water - glaze the roux with a little more butter) and pour over the Steak Sandwich.
Serve with side salad or some veggies?
Quick and easy!

Definitely the Ribeye. Hopefully you have to whole roast without the bones. Put on the spit of your grill and let it go till the interior temp reached 150 Degrees for medium. It is great!!!!! Very juicy and tender. I had it last night!!!!!!!!!!

Cous cous is really good and super easy and quick to make. You can flavor it any way you like. You can also make macaroni and cheese or plain buttered noodles.
