there are no accidents, though the kundalini energy can be triggered by a number of factors that one is not consciously aware of.

Nothing is accidental. IF you experienced a rising of Kundalini energy it's what I like to call a "Universal Boot to the head". PAY ATTENTION is all that can be said really. The only way to find Truth is through yourself.

I didnt know people could open their kundalini on accident. Maybe because its time for them to be spiritually awakened.

It wouldn't. You would need to develop the ABILITY to call forth this energy.
