That was an interesting video, all the way until the end where he says to read the bible because we need more atheist.

How is throwing out possibilities scientific? You should only throw out possibilities if reality contradicts that possibility. Reality has never contradicted the possibility of God. There may be contradictions in the bible, but the bible is not the only way one could conclude there is a God.

That is, in the video, how does one go from the bible is wrong, to saying God doesn't exist (atheism).

the bible is a great historical book as has been proven through
archeaology. many cities that were once consider mythical have
been found to have existed,e.g. akad. sumer, nineveh, babylon,
etc. the only problem i have with the bible is when the religious
athorities twist and malipuate it to suit their own twisted purpose!!
there are many books out in the market that can verify and prove
what i'm saying, but that's up to the individual to research it out
for themselves. other than that it's a great book!!!!!!!!!

The bible is a book of mythology.

I don't need to watch a video to reach that conclusion, I've studied the issue.

I didn't watch the video because I don't consider Penn and Teller to be credible sources of information. They are entertainers, not religious experts. I know more about the Bible than both of them put together.
