They were responsable for improving the value of Time Share, they set up an orginisation that lists and swaps your time share (that is usually for a fixed time and place) for similar accomodation somewhere in the world and not necessary at the same time.
In a nut shell they swap holiday accomodation
After all who wants to holliday in the same place every year nd see the same old faces.

RCI is a Time Share organization... they sell you time at a single property that you can transfer to other properties...
While they don't usually provide the travel... they can set up a nice vacation for you.

They have timeshares and credit cards that you can earn points towards travel adn other stuff
