No, except for Excelsior in NY but you must still arrange clinicals in your area. The California BON does not accept Excelsior and I'm glad. I can't imagine taking nursing completely online. The bookwork was helpful but the clinical time invaluable and it was never, ever enough. There should be more clinical time, not less!

I did my ADN in the classroom and my BSN online and the ADN was much harder and infinitely more valuable.

No. Somebody who is already an LPN can sometimes become an RN by studying online and then passing a live, clinical test.

People who are already RN's often get their nursing degrees online(associate, bachelor's master's).

i dont think so..
nursing also consist of lots of hands on .. practical attachments.
