Well, I'm a wedding planner and I took a correspondence course through Thompson Education Direct (now called ICS). The course they provide is the exact same course that the Association of Bridal Consultants offers and since they are the largest professional group for wedding planners, they know what they're talking about. I would check out their website and look into their courses. It is:

Also, once you've completed your course, or while you are working through it, look into getting a website or designing one yourself. I have created my own website rather than having a company do it and I have saved hundreds of dollars that way. You can check it out yourself at:

the best way would be to go to school for it, do lots of research on it, pn the internet or in books
