No one - they allowed Hezbollah to hide weapons under their homes & schools. They got leaflets, phone calls & radio warnings from Israel to remove weapons or destruction would take place. Let them fix it & pay for it themselves. Where are the 2 soldiers or their bodies? As a mother of soldier, I would want body back - hence the saying no one left behind!
