Definitely have to say No-Bakes. For the obvious reason that you don't have to bake them! Plus any other kind I eat all the dough before I manage to get them in the oven and then...alas... no cookies! I agree that you should post the recipe for those applesauce cookies, they sound good! I will have my roommate make them so I actually get cookies in the end!

I like peanut butter cookies because they're so simple.. just add an egg and some sugar to peanut butter and bake the cookies.. and done! My kids love making it since they can even remember the recipe.

Peanutbutter kisses cookies. You take peanut butter cookies and bake normally but roll them into balls so they don't spread out too much then when they come out put a hershey kiss in the middle and press it down into the center just a bit so it sticks but doesn't lose it's shape. They're easy and they're really good.

Monster Cookies, they are an upgraded version of your cookies. The recipe includes, oatmeal, chocolate chunks, pecans, and coconut, and are about double the size of a regular chocolate chip cookie. They are the best!

I like to make murderotic's good time old fashion extra chewy chocolate chip cookies. I really do though, choco chip is a classic and you can't go wrong. Sometimes I like to make lemon cookies too.
