I've started to drink LOTS of water a day instead of juice or pop and I have such a headache. I thought water was good for you? When will this headache go away. I've taken aspirin.

yr just going through a clean out period. youll be ok just sticke to it and youll find you will be ok in a few days. more tips on weight loss and exercise programs on this site

Drinking water and being around hot heat will give you a headache. Just lay down for a bit, maybe take a nap.

You're probably going through caffeine withdrawal. You will get these headaches for a few days, but they will eventually taper off.

you are dehydrated or overhydrated, maybe your water intake is too rapid. if you contiually flood your body with water it goes straight to the bladder, because you are not giving the body enough time to process it. if you urinate less that one hour after you have drank a glass of water, then you are overhydrated. normally you should urinate every 2 to 3 hours if you are properly hydrated.

firstly, make sure you get enough sleep. 8 hrs of sleep is a must. drinking water is surely good.. always take small breaks during work.. also walking, jogging are real good for health.

because of the dramatic change in your diet your body is reacting to the overwhelming intake of water by giving you a headache.

2 much of anything is bad it probly workin ur kidneys off and the excess water in ur bllo casuein more pressure.. no space 2 expand in ur skull and thus a head ache!

Its probably withdrawl from all the caffeine & sugar. Should go away after a while.

Dont be afraid to have a little of what you like. Your body is probobly just going through a phase. Give it what it whats....in moderation.

BE SURE YOU ARE NOT DRINKING TOO MUCH WATER it can cause you to be overhydrated and this is very dangerous
