I think they're beautiful cats. they have that sleek glossy black coat. I have a 2 year old (spayed) female solid black cat and she is my baby!!! so who agrees. I luvvvvv black cats!!! they're gorgeous.

I do! I have 2 Bombays! Gorgeous! Before that, a huge mostly black w/ a white blaze Tom. I love black cats. They are "the sailors' cat" and are usually on board for long voyages, to keep the rat population down and to bring good luck!! And they are smart. I love them!

I agree totally. I have two black cats. I wasn't looking for another black cat i just wanted a cat with a solid color so I got stuck with another black cat but I don't mind. (both female) I think cats with different colors have attitudes.

Of course they are. That is no question. I love cats anyway. They make the best pets. Black cats are cool because they have so many myths surrounding them. And they are beautiful animals, though I think all cats are.

Black to me is always beautiful. To me the most beautiful feline of all is the black panther..sleek, luxuriant coat and glossy...awesome!!!

I've had black cats in my life since I was born. Now I have my own black cat. His name is Rufus I've had him since 1998 and he is very loving. He has long thick black hair, but over time his hair has started to change. He is started to go gray.

I LUV ALL ANIMALS NO MATTER WHAT COLOR!!! i just went to pets and more the other day and played with a cat and a dog and my dad and me fell in love with this orange with white striped kitten, which loved us and had huge eyes and was scared, but wasn't scared when we were holding it. only if it got passed my mom we couldve gotten it! but she stayed by the fish. the cat was even free! aww!

I have a pure black kitten and I love him.My brother is constantly bugging him so it makes me wonder if he's not some person who hates black cats!!!!LOL

I have to agree... I had one for about 13 years named Trip.. He was my best friend.. He loved to lay across the top of my chair and scare me when I came in late at night hiding in the shadow.. it was cool to wake up and all you would see was his big golden eyes
