well lunch will be ham sandwiches and carrott sticks
my boys are asking for spaggetti for supper so I guess that will be our supper

In deepest darkest Peru, there is a small village that has a very strange obsession with banana leaves wrapped around a lightly toasted (usually over a fire) hamster. They then place this in a ground oven, and slow roasted for 2 hours. The meat then falls off the bone and makes an excellent started for any good meal.

My lunch will be a dry salami sandwich with cheese on whole wheat bread, a green salad, and coffee. Enjoy yours!

I always eat rice for luch because I'm Chinese.Yeah salad is good for you because it has alot of vegetables inside.
