Go to Mc Donald's. Order any combos you like, and when the cashier asks you if you want anything else, just say a happy meal and touch your belly.

a little background first......my husband told me he would shave off his beard when I became pregnant. We had been trying for a while so he said this a few months prior. So when I took the test I didn't tell him. I made him think I was testing a week later so he wouldn't suspect anything. Then I went out and bought him new razors, shaving cream, his favorite candy, a bib that says "i love my daddy" and I put them all in a gift bag along with the hpt. He opened all in that order. He forgot he told me about the the shaving and he didn't get it until he opened the bib. Then he cried!!!

one other idea is a frame that says "to be filled the week of...."

Pack a baby bottle in his lunch if you make him a lunch for work with a congradulations note. Put the pregnancy test (or ultra sound) in a box, gift wrap it and give it to him at a special dinner. Tie big pink and blue ribbons all over the tree in front of the house for him to find when he comes home from work.

If he's off on the weekend you can play a game with him. Make one up like this one.
As he get out of bed to put his slippers on have a piece of paper on the floor that ask "Do you want to play? yes___ no____
If you choose yes then go in the bathroom for your next question.
If no then go back to sleep."

When he goes in the bathroom have 2 bowls turned up side down with a sign on the mirror that says, "choose a bowl, and make sure it's the one on the right! (make sure the pregnancy test is under that bowl).

So when he picks it up, you won't need to say no more cause the answer will be under the bowl.

What she could do is go shopping for herself and her husband. Then when she gets home, she can start pulling out all the clothes she bought, showing it to her husband. Then she would look at the bottom of an empty bag and say "Huh? What's this?" Then, pull out a cute baby's outfit and say "How did this get in here?"

Then, she gives him the special look - - - he'll know.

I took a picture of the pregnancy tests, which I actually took about 5 mins before hubby left for work. I took a picture after he left, made up an e-card and sent that to him, so when he got in, he opened it right away, than I had an attachment sent to him and it was the picture of the tests. He wrote me back and was thrilled and shocked.

When I found out I was pregnant with my son, I went out and bought a silver baby rattle and wrapped it in a small box with a pretty ribbon. I fixed a special dinner with candles at home and surprised him when he got off work.

Don't forget to turn the phones off!!!

Go out and decorate the driveway with chalk with the message that she's pregnant while her husband is at work and when he gets home he'll see it. Or send him a bouquette of pink and blue flowers to his office. Or she could just put it on a post-it note and stick it on the steering wheel of his car.

Do a treasure hunt. make up a list of to-do's and have him run errands. like goto the corner of such and such(it would be a baby depot) and get a candy bar, then go to so and so (it would be a diaper service) and get this. then when he gets home you have already gotten his friends together and have a suprise party for him and gift him with a baby doll with the expected due date.

How about having a nice dinner prepared with candlelights and the works. Then for dessert, bring out a cake with baby booties on it.
