I saw this sign the other day. I was told it means to watch out for illegal aliens running across the road. Ain't that sumthin' ? Wonder if you get a ticket if you run one over ?

That's a road sign, it has nothing to do with human rights, it's no different than a children crossing warning sign or children deaf area for pedestrians, in this signs case whole families.

If your driving not breaking the law and they run out in front of you that's not your fault.

Angela, now your reading stuff into it that isn't there.

i don't think you would get a ticket because there are just so many of them running across the boarder that running them over would really help us out a great deal

I guess you should watch for people darting accross the road. And yes, you get a ticket for running a person over. Did you NOT know that??

We have those up here for deer crossings. Umm...I think the general rule is that if you are not speeding and if swerving is putting you in danger, you will not be ticketed for hitting one. It would probably weigh on your conscience, but that's all.
