Your dog has NO nose????
Sorry but i can't imagine a dog with NO nose. How did it happen? I just can't picture it. A dog with NO nose. Is this for real. If so, the dog will struggle as the nose is used for everything, scent, detection the lot Breathing through the mouth only i feel your dog will not have a happy life.
I hope this question is not serious.

Why? Did it have surgery or something? It should still be able to smell and breathe.

I think that is something you should ask a vet! Maybe you should ask something like, "Dog vet needed." or "Dog advice from vet?" That would probably work.
