It is an innovative project.It is the first of its kind to be introduced.We were able to implement this successfully in at a smaller level.How to communicate this idea to scientists ?.how to popularize it and implement it.can anyone provide a email id of any scientist.please take this seriously.

If ur really confident that this project is going to work out in a bigger level, first try to demostrate through the media. The best place is NDTV where innovators are given a chance to come up in a separate program.
