Just feed him normal stuff. Cheese and crackers. PB&J cut up. Apple slices. Cheerios in a ziploc. A bottle of milk and a bottle of juice. Voila. They just don't want to be putting together fancy chicken wraps on focaccia bread for 20 kids. That's why all the instructions. Go Dad!

They make these sandwiches that are frozen...called Uncrustables...they are PB&J and come wrapped individually in seran wrap. You can stick a frozen in one in his lunch box and it will be thawed by the time they need to eat. You can put in a little bag of goldfish crackers to go with it and he's good to go! My son LOVES them and we use them for outings all the time because they are so easy! Good luck, you sound likeyou are doing a WONDERFUL job daddy!

Ok, your question needs to be clarified a bit, it's a little confusing on what your asking.

I THINK you're asking for ideas for a potluck? he's 3? How bout making a ton of PB&J's and cutting them into 4's (little bite sized portions)? You can also cube fruit?

Peanut butter and jelly (if he likes it), bag of chips or pack of crackers, and a juice box or capri sun.....usually the easiest stuff there. Its a packed lunch....keep it simple and easy for your son. And get used to it lol.
